He is the Chairman and CEO of TLG Acquisition OneCorp a NYSE-traded firm. In the past, Mr. Lawrie was the Chairman, President and CEO of DXC Technology, the world’s leading IT services company. Prior to that he was the CEO of UK-based Misys, a leading global IT solutions provider to the financial services. During his 27 years of service at IBM Mr. Lawrie rose to Sr. VP and Group Executive.

He is the Founder and CEO of The Lawrie Group which is a private company providing CEO consulting, business services and the management of a private equity fund. He is also Chairman and CEO of TLG Acquisition One Corp., a publicly traded SPAC on the New York Stock Exchange.
Mr. Lawrie served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Perspecta, formed by the merger of DXC’s U.S. Public Sector Business with Vencore Holding Corporation and KeyPoint Government Solutions, from May 2018-August 2020.
Mr. Lawrie served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of DXC Technology, and the company became the world’ s leading, independent end-to-end IT services company serving more than 6,000 global enterprise clients in more than 70 countries. A $20-plus billion Fortune 500 company, DXC was formed in April 2017 through the merger of the Enterprise Services business of HPE and CSC, where he served as President and CEO, a member of the CSC Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board.
Prior to joining CSC, he served as the CEO of U.K.-based Misys plc, a leading global IT solutions provider to the financial services industry. Mr. Lawrie also served as the Executive Chairman of Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc. Mr. Lawrie was a general partner with ValueAct Capital, a San Francisco-based private investment firm. He also served as CEO of Siebel Systems, Inc., an international software and solutions company. Mr. Lawrie also spent 27 years with IBM, a provider of systems, financing, software and services, where he rose to Senior Vice President and Group Executive, responsible for sales and distribution of all IBM products and services worldwide. Mr. Lawrie was General Manager for IBM’s business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, which included operations in 124 countries and 90,000 employees. Prior to that, Mr. Lawrie served as General Manager of Industries for IBM’s business operations in Asia Pacific, based in Tokyo.
Mr. Lawrie holds a BA in history from Ohio University, an MBA from Drexel University and an honorary Ph.D. in science from Shiv Nadar University. He is past member of the Business Roundtable and the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Lawrie also oversees The Lawrie Family Foundation which supports education and the arts in the United States. Mr. Lawrie is a Trustee and member of the Executive Committee of Drexel University in Philadelphia.

George Tsetsekos
Dr. George Tsetsekos is the Francis Professor of Finance at Drexel’s LeBow College of Business where he teaches courses in finance and strategy. For more than 10 years he served as Dean of LeBow and under his transformative leadership the College achieved quality milestones in teaching and research by Financial Times and US News & World Report. Prior to his Deanship he severed as VP of Academic Administration at Drexel University. Dr. Tsetsekos’ research and writings cover the broad areas of investments, corporate finance, and international finance and he has served as advisor to several companies on investment strategies, capital funding and risk management.
George Tsetsekos, PhD
Dr. George Tsetsekos is the Francis Professor of Finance and Dean Emeritus at LeBow’s College of Business at Drexel University. He served as Dean of LeBow (2002-2012) and under his transformative leadership the College achieved important quality milestones including recognition by BusinessWeek, Financial Times, and U.S. News & World Report. During his deanship, LeBow commenced an ambitious capital campaign program that allowed for the completion of two business school buildings, naming several new centers of excellence and establishing new endowed professorships. Among others, The Sovereign Bank Center for Strategic Leadership and the Center in Corporate Governance have been recognized nationally as centers of excellence in research and teaching and have added to LeBow’s reputation. In addition, during his deanship the College increased its faculty and substantially improved research productivity and engagement with the business community with the introduction of several innovative MBA and Masters’ Programs. Prior to his appointment as Dean, he served as Drexel’s Vice President and Vice-Provost (1997-2001) in charge of university-wide academic functions including Academic budgets, Student support services, Information Systems, Institutional research, Enrollment Management and Co-op administration and Financial aid operations. He contributed to implementing the acquisition of MCP Hahnemann University that transformed Drexel University to a national comprehensive research institution with the addition of Medical, Public Health and Nursing academic units.
Dr. Tsetsekos’ extensive research covers the broad areas of corporate finance, investments, and international finance. He has published his research in many journals including The Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Banking & Finance, The Journal of Portfolio Management and Journal of International Business Studies. He is the author of monographs and short essays in finance and has served on editorial boards for several academic journals. His book “Research Methods in Finance” publishes by Kendall Hunt in 1993 was extensively used in the academic market while the book “Emerging Market Portfolios: Diversification and Hedging Strategies” published by Irwin in 1997 was used in the professional market.
His academic work has been complemented with advisory and consulting assignments in many organizations and Universities in the US and abroad including The World Bank, The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bear Stearns, FannieMae, Calamos Investments and Thomas Jefferson University. He served as advisor to the Greek government on the privatization program of state-owned enterprises. In addition, Dr. Tsetsekos has served on the Advisory Boards of US and European private and non-for profit organizations including the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, the Penjerdel Council, Pennsylvania Economic League, World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia, REVL Capital Group and has served as Chair and Secretary of the Board of the Global Interdependence Center (GIC). He is member of the Supervisory Board of the Diesel Emissions Justice Foundation (DEJF) in the Netherlands.
Dr. Tsetsekos lectures frequently on business, economics, and finance topics. His typical teaching portfolio includes MBA courses in strategy, Private Equity and Venture Capital, and Global Finance. He has organized and chaired conferences on timely topics including Sovereign Debt Restructuring, Global Trade Agreements, Global Growth, Cryptocurrencies in the Global Economy, and Monetary Policy and Inflation. He holds a BSc in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Athens, Greece, an MBA from Wright State University, and a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Tennessee.
